I'm a little a a bit anxious because since 2 days, i have a kind of acute pain that triggers in my rear-middle delt area when i do the pec fly move on a bench (and worse, without any weight).
Precisely, this acute pain occurs at the top of the move (where the dumbelles are supposed to touch).
If i'm standing, this kind of pain (a bit less acute than when i am lying) also occurs when i put this same arme on my opposite shoulder
Also, if i do the "breastroke" move standing, i find a discomfort still in this middle-rear delt area.
So, i just want to know if some of you had experienced this kind of bizarre pain in shoulder.
In waiting an appointment with my doctor, i will stop upper body training.
