Pretty much your list plus the all important FF cream cheese, lower fat sliced cheese, turkey sausage, bacon, bread, and kids cereal.
Upgraded from "curls for the girls" to "rows for the hoes".

Nothing but rice, chicken, salmon, sardines, veggies, extra virgin olive oil, nut butters, oats and whey. Oh and I put soy sauce on my rice... Makes me feel like I'm eating sushi.

Yes serious and yes, I find it extremely tasty. I'm not one of those creationists that fuss around FF GY/cream cheese, sugarfree jellos, sludges, different kinds of pancakes, bowls etc. I like manfood. :P

Rice, eggs & meat for me.

Meat being w/e is on special and due by the day so it's reduced further. 600g pork/veal mince for $1.99 yes please.
If there's nothing, frozen bacon is always nice n cheap (and delicious).
