Hey guys, just wanted to share my short journey so far....
I wrestled heavyweight in high school (285lbs). I even had to cut weight from football to make it. I was always weighing in with no more than a pound to spare. After wrestling my senior year I figured i'd take a short break, then start working out again. Well, that did'nt happen. I graduated in May of 2009 at 320 pounds. That Christmas, I weighed 345lbs, it was getting embarrising, so i deceided to do something about it. On April 1, of this year i stared to change that and now im at 318!

find some way to test body fat percentage. The scale will show now your weight loss but as you get further and further down it will be harder to look at the scale. Body fat seems the best way to keep motivated.
