Best Protein Bars (nutritionally)

Ok, so I am looking for a really good protein bar because my busy schedule doesnt allow me to eat six good meals a day. I would like to know what everyone thinks are the best the best ones are nutritionally. I am looking for high protein, some carbs but fairly low sugar, and decent fats (i dont care too much about the fat content as long as it is good fat). Also, if there are any bars that meet this criteria and are fairly inexpensive that helps too.

first of all you don't have to eat 6 meals. As for you question as far as i know Quest bars are recommend by a lot of people. I personally eat real food instead.

You should try Chef Jay's Tri-O-Plex Duo Bars Bursting Peanut Butter they are made with whole-grains, high in protein and the fats in it are from peanut butter/peanut oil.


Another amazing bar is the Iso-bar made by Fit stars. Its all organic and made with oats but unlike other organic bars iv seen this bar adds whey protein as well so the protein content is adequate. Only downside to these bars is the price which is to be expected with anything that has an Organic label on it.

I also have premium protein bars that I would take with me on snowboarding trips and stuff. But I've changed from that to real food..hopefully you'll one day learn too...

The zero impact bars taste pretty bad in my opinion, but I wont disagree with you about the nutrient profile of them

High protein, lower carbs/sugar, and cheap.

The chocholqte Cliff builder's bars are delicious imo. Not to sure on exact stats but something like 270 cals and 23g protien. Iirc it's got a little much in the way of sugar. Has lots of micro nutrients added to it too though which is awesome

sams club sells ones called i think premier, they come in a variety pack and each have 30G protein and range between 270-290 cals. u get yogurt vanilla, chocolate PB, and double fudge. all pretty good taste.

Quest bars taste good IMO and have the best macros, but are expensive. I think you are best of making your own, and you can tweak the macros too

They're the best tasting bars in the world. The "Almond Fudge Brownie" and the "Peanut Butter & Caramel" are my favorites. Amazing.

Supreme Protein PB Pretzel is by far my favorite bar, I know it has high quality protein as for the rest I dont really care. I eat 2 a day for my pre supper snack.

They are an acquired taste, which one did you have? The pumpkin and coconut are great IMO, I didn't care for the chocPB and PB&J ones

I think outside Quest bars (which you have to order and are relatively expensive), these ones seem to have the best macro profile and taste decent - chocolate one is the bomb though!

Supreme Protein bars are by far the best tasting bars I have ever had, and they have a great profile. I have tried the PBJ and the Peanut Butter Crunch, both were freakin amazing but the PBJ is my fav., and ya 0 TRANS FAT idk wtf that dude was thinking
