I came down with pneumonia like in Febraury, and am now getting back into lifting after like 2 months of not working out, and like 20 lbs of weight off. Pneumnoia sucks balls, you can't eat alot and you're always sore.
Anyways, I got a question about supplements.
Is ON whey still the best whey on the market? Or have there been better ones out?
