I think you'll like the Myofusion. I prefer it over ON. The Banana is the best tasting protein I have ever had. It doesn't have the chemical taste most Banana flavors do. The Chocolate is also good. i mix mine in water normally post workout, and it mixes great, and doesn't lose any taste.

I've been running my Glutacene log since late last year in the supplement section.

I finally got Lisa to try it now too. She's running one as well.

I won't train without it now. Keeps me going right till the end, and I don't feel gassed at the end of a hard workout. Hard to tell for me personally if it reduces DOMS because I didn't get them much anyway.

I have cut it back to just Animal Pack and creatine every so often. I will use whey after a work-out if I can't get some real food in time and muscle milk at night if I am out of Greek yogurt.

    Dessicated liver is old school.

I'm thinking about back to using Dessicated liver.

I brought a bottle of liver tablets. I crushed a few tablets into a powder and mixed the powder with unsalted creamy peanut butter. A glass of drink was definitely required. Not because of the taste but to wash it down. Next time I going to buy dessicated liver powder from the Now company.

I love dessicated liver a lot. It's a very, very cheap source of amino acids.
