    Seems to work best for me. Perhaps due to poor recovery (genetics?), indifference, lack of need, and not that great tolerance to carbs, and stressful (both physically and hormonally) job.

    I lift whole a lot more jack on low carbs than you on high carbs. No hate, but most people keep strength just fine on low carbs. Ryan Kennelly set a world record bench press on a keto diet.
