How to lose "nipple fat"
-

You can't lose "nipple" fat. You can only reduce your over all body fat. And that is done through calorie deficit alone. You can not lose nipple fat, chest fat, belly fat etc. by weight training that body part.
Also, sorry to say, but it may be gyno and you may not be able to get rid of it. It's very common.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

1.) acquire pocket knife
2.) raise pocket knife up to fatty nipple
3.) ?????
4.) profitJets, Mets, Rangers, Knicks, Duke Blue Devils
Treat every rep like it's a microcosm of your life. Push hard through the pain. Failure is never an option.

I always try to include anywhere from 2 to 3 sets of nipple clean and press once per week, 8-10 reps with a moderate weight. For some variety, you can also alternate once a month or so with the roman nipple dl as well. I have traditionally used BB for this and have seen good results but have recently switch to using DB to work them independently and I believe this method leans more towards functional strength, rather then muscle hypertrophy.

as stated before you may have developed gyno. You can get it from when you hit puberty, the increase in testosterone levels caused in imbalance of estrogen release. Which caused the gyno, which is NORMALLY suppose to go away after but stays active in some males. or, you can get it the same way by taking steroids. If you've never juiced up before, you can definitely consider the first one. If YOU DO happen to have gyno, it can only be removed surgically...
I wouldnt assume right away you have it, especially if your not at a low bodyfat percentage.. that can be achieved through diet, weight lifting and cardio. BUT if you do happen to get to a low BF % id definitely go to the doctor and ask. I have the same little nipple fat myself, even at my leanest levels around 6-7% BF. I've never officially checked it out though. It is an insecurity i personally have as well though so i can relate to how you feel. If im giving misinformation may somebody correct me, but this is just from research ive done. Hope this helps!

lol @ turman's answer
but yeah, it's most likely gyno. if you lose all your other bodyfat and still have this "nipple" fat that you're just going to have to deal with it. And like someone else said, it's very commonlettuce turnip the beet

Eat fewer calories, add more fiber to your diet, add some cardio and/or more weight lifting until said nipple fat goes away. If you can see deep grooves in your abes after doing the above long enough and still have nipple fat, it is gyno, consult a plastic surgeon.

Yah! "gynecomastia" from "gyne" latin for 'woman" "mastia" Latin for "Breast" ouch!
gynecomastia is the result of a hormone imballance where in testosterone, either endogeoniously produced or taken in form of performance inhancing drugs AKA "juice" is partially broken down by the liver "aromatized" into the smaller compound estrogen. Partially metabolized testosterone equals estrogen.
when the estrogen level gets high enough realative to the testosterone level the male patient starts to develop female physical characteristics. AKA breast tissue, soft muscles, mood swings, sadness, crying, like PMS. In fact i think alot of "roid rage" is actually the female side effects of "aromatization" another story.
Fro treatment of "gynecomastia" the tx is "mastectomy" "Mast" Latin for breast. "Ectomy" for "cutting out." gynecomastia is no good to have. Men can and do get breast cancer.
