Oh really? Did you know that Bill W. (founder of AA) beat his depression and alcoholism using Vitamin B3? A.A. was actually started on the use of the vitamin in high doses.
Yes. I've been baker acted and have tried multiple pharmaceuticals, none of them worked and the withdrawls made me feel worse. I also had issues with binge drinking. I've suffered from withdrawls twice.

que?
It doesn't have that effect on me. I know most companies advertise "no flushing" Niacin, and I know that most of them are time released to help prevent that from happening. It's okay if your skeptical. I'm just trying to offer a different solution to all the foreveralone.jpg/ I hate my life misc brahs. This is my personal experience. I've also added high doses of vitamin b6 and 12 along with vitamin E. I've even upgraded to the point of taking roughly 15 fishoil pills a day (cuz I hate fish) and having a shot of flax oil 2-3 times a day.

Brahs have to relize that money is the root of all evil. There is no money in health. A pill for every ill, so to say, is the way most of us think. All there good for is masking the symptoms and they don't actually get to the root of the problem, which is malnutrition. If anyone is serious and wants to know more of my story I'd love to tell it. Ever since I've been taking these high doses it's created a complete 180 in my whole quality of life.

Trust me I know brah. There's nothing wrong with being depressed. It's just unfortunate that the pharmacutical companies control everything. When I got baker acted and I was in the psych ward at the hospital they were feeding me chocolate cake and white bread. I couldn't believe it. Never once when I met with a psychologist of a psychiatrist did they aware me on the benefit of nutrition/excersise and the benefits they have on people struggling. All they did was tell me to up my doses of the meds that weren't really doing anything.

Sweet brah. Similar story here, my life has been improving constantly ever since I started my multi regiment last spring. Anxiety decreased, motivation increased and I have gotten more productive, nicer and better about my old issues such as procrastination and OCD gaming / drinking.
