I don't know how you are even surviving on that. You made a GREAT transformation and are not in a perfect position to slightly change your diet and add on lean, quality, muscle mass.
You are eating a 1,000 calorie ZERO fat diet. This thread isn't for scrutiny of diet as your a grown man and can do what you want and not asking for diet advice AND this thread is about your transformation...which is awesome. Again...NOt being a d*ck YOU LOOK AWESOME.
but damn a 1,000 calorie diet with no fat....what are your plans for longterm dieting?
And please tell me some moron from ON didn't recommend this?

OP quick question about your light weight high rep theory.
Have you tried both heavy weight low reps and light heavy high reps before finding out the latter works better? Or you just stuck with the latter cuz its the only thing you've tried during your cut and was working out great for you?
I'm cutting right now and doing 6-12 reps per set and am open to change.100% 中國人. 1k+.

I've tried heavy weights/low reps... i feel it causes me to use bad form sometimes, and not work the muscle as good as I should...
I enjoy light weights... its easy the first 10 reps, but 10-20 starts getting hard... and feels same as heavy weights when at 15+ reps... but I am able to use strict form, and the muscle pumps are much greater...

There is merit in the whole "former BB...logic" I also did this transformation and maintained and maybe even added some LBM in the process. I was eating closer to 1800-2000 calories.
Althings considered...you and your wife did and excellent job getting lean. NOW...go pack on some LBM and compete :-)
