Basically all the nutritional information. You know you are a powerlifter when:
You check your squat depth when sitting on the toilet.
You work on perfecting your squat explosiveness when getting off the toilet.

Ill probably get this, I will burn of a lot before I eat as I will be running a crap load during our meet.
NOTE: Don't judge my by this meal, my parents never eat out...my mom ALWAYS makes food, so this is my first time this year eating at McDons. If we see a subway then I will ask my coach if we can stop there, its a bit better choice.Last edited by 4plate; 04-14-2011 at 09:25 AM. Reason: Additional info

Since u r dirty bulking, u can eat watever in macdonald. anything there is load with a bunch of pro, carb and fat ( not good fat though) but anyway, that hundreds-thousand of cals easily
but remember, if u eat too much mc don, u will get a bunch of sodium too, a big mac or quarter pounder has about 1000mg of sodium, with is 50% of daily recommended. so if you have 2 big mac, then u cannot have any more sodium thoughout the day. if you have too much sodium, u will increase the change of heart attack when u get older, so just dont have mc donald everyday, 2 a week is fine.

Whatever you eat, neck some Metamucil or something when you get home. Might help with avoiding the Mc****s.
I grab some maccas every now and then but less often lately because my body just doesn't agree with it and I brown-water spray that **** out.
I love cheeseburgers from the local fish and chip shop, slightly more natural ingredients and even more tasty. nommmmmmm nom nom nomApril '10 : 116lbs
