Before I start, I'd like to apologize since you guys probably see this kind of thread everyday, so I'll try to keep it sweet and simple.
I'm 16 years old, 5'8 and 170 pounds, and I have absolutely no idea about weight lifting. For the last year I've been doing basic exercises.
This has been 4/7 days and looks pretty much the same every day
Benchpress 5x10x150
Standing Curls 5x10x60
Flys: 5x10x15(ea dumbbell)
Clean and jerk: 5x10x80
Honestly I'm completely clueless and every time I search for information I get completely lost and confused. I'm not too worried about my diet, I've got that covered.
What I need is specific information on what to do, how many reps, and on what days if anyone is feeling generous enough to type it up for me, the harder the better, I want to be absolutely pushed to my limit. Also I will be finally going to a gym where I can finally do squats and deadlifts.
