After every meet my tennis team always stops in McyD's, so Ill be eating there tomorow. I know mcdons is really unhealthy but Im dirty bulking so i dont think eating a few cheesburgers would hurt (correct me if wrong). But i want to know what would be the best thing to get there, this will be my last meal of the day.

eat anything to fit into your macros bro
whenever I stop by macdonald's, its always:
Classic Chicken sandwich + quarter pounder + whatever burger I want
I don't eat fries though..IIFYM - Try to get most of your macros from whole foods. They are high in micronutrients and are needed to maintain overall health

McGangBang:
1 mcdouble
2 junior chicken
Price = less than $4
remove the chicken off one of the junior chickens. stack it in another junior chicken. split mcdouble in half. put it either on top or below the junior chicken. you now should have
bread
beef
cheese
bread
chicken

enjoy

yup yup
210 calories and 15g of protein per thang, only 2.5g of fat i believe, high in sodium though
usually kill 3 of these for a meal 45grams of protein and just over 600 calories easy to fit in macros and taste amazing.
any of the grilled chicken items are great tasting and high in protein low in fat if you skip the cheese/sauces like i do.
the classic grilled chicken sandwich is another good one without the cheese/mayo its 370 cal 32g of protein to like 5g of fat or soemthing. if you are looking for healthy picks go with those. the mcdouble without cheese is solid to, 330 cal 20g protein... those areitems i get every week when i go to mcdonalds (i go multiple times a week).
