    Nobody said you can't make gains.. Just you will gain less with mc donalds plain and simple.. protein is protein, and carbs are carbs, but mc donalds is ****ty food, if you really want to grow you need nutrients, real food.

    I eat mc donalds too, maybe 3 times a month. no problem if eaten in moderation.
