    breakfast of champions

    1 1/2 cups of whole milk
    1 cup of soymilk
    1 cup of raw oats
    2 tablespoons of ground flax seex
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    2 scoops of cytogainer
    2 oreos (calories)
    1/2 banana
    2 big spoon fulls of peanut butter
    2 handfuls of ice

    blend it, drink it, then stuff as many carbs down as you can before your stomach recognized its full haha

    i dont get the point of liquifying a high calorie shake and chugging it. do you really dislike food that much?

    I'm partially with the OP, I have a shake in the morning as I have trouble getting up in time

    Nothing wrong with it (although I wouldnt blend Orios!)
