I've read for awhile, but this is my first post -- if it's misplaced, please feel free to delete and I will move it to the appropriate forum (if you specify where).
In any case, I was looking at the standard clen/ketotifen stack, of which one of the side effects is cardiac involvement (such as increased blood pressure, higher pulse rate, etc.) which is common with beta agonists. If you were to stack the clen with a beta antagonist, such as atenlol, is it possible that the antagonist would mitigate any potential cardiac involvement from the clen?
One issue I see is that you would need to use a beta blocker that either specifically targeted beta-1 or has minimal beta-2 involvement based upon your personal reaction to said medicine. I believe medicines specific to beta-1 are atenlol, acebutolol, betaxolol, bisoprolol, and some others.
Anyone ever try this, or have some knowledge about the stack?
