Should I take casein before bed with water or with fat free milk? I've always heard not to have carbs before bed, so taht's why I'm kind of leaning towards water. But let me know, i searched and didn't find this question at all.

Keep in mind a lot of the diet plans i nthe news are for out of shape people sitting around doing nothing, trying to lose weight. And that still doesnt mean they work.
Its a little differrent working out, eating healthy, having to fuel and maintain your body. You dont want a bag of bread before bed, but a small cup of milk is hardly soemthing to worry about.
Try it both ways, see which is more enjoyable for you.
Just track the calories as usual.

Yes! I've been getting serious lately, the last 8 months, gotten shredded up and put on 14lbs, all lean. I take jack3d, Xtend (During workout), whey after, and im gonna start with the caesin. But I gotat tell you, before I started eating good and tracking, i wasn't seeing that great of results. But since I've started eating like a monster and tracking everything, ive put on some serious size!
Thanks, im gonna try it with water firsst and see if its as nasty tasting as people say.
