The best calorie and macronutrient calculator/method?

    Hi Guys
Whats the best and most accurate way to work out my Calorie Needs and Macronutrients?

I've used the Sticky and other sites and keep getting different results. One of the other sites, Ive used is the following: http://www.vincedelmontefitness.com/vince_calc.html

Can someone, please tell me the most accurate one? Im looking to bulk up

    Many thanks

that calculator you posted is giving me some odd results. There is no way I could cut on 2800 calories a day. I am currently bulking at 2500.

    Hi Dj
Same thing happened to me. The figures are way to high. So best bet is the Sticky methods...

The best/most accurate will always be trial and error. Use the formula in the stickies to get an estimate, try it out and then adjust based on your results.
