Physical signs of fat loss
Hi guys,
So I'm on this competition journey and things are moving along good. Slowly but good. Ive started to notice visible changes with my body which is good. Now my questions is: my butt has really decreased in size over the past 2 months and I'm now sitting on butt bones and when I lay bed on my side it hurts because it feel like my hip bone is piercing through my skin. My body fat is still in the high 20's so I really didnt think you would start feeling bones n stuff already??? I've lost 2% body fat and gained a 1.5 in muscle-mass in a month

It all depends on where you are lean compared to other areas. And muscle. Looking at your picts you certainly look like you have nice lower body muscle. It just may not be enough. Hip bones, well nothing you can do about that. Maybe you're like the princess and the pea

Thanks for the compliment. I was always so self-conscious about my broad back when I was younger but who knee it would come in handy some day??? . Yeah, the legs, especially my hammies are my problem area. My quads are tryna do a lil sumthin, sumthin though. It will all fall into place. I have faith . So do you compete?
