    more strength and muscle gains from eating fast food

    since i stopped eating healthy i made more muscle gains and lifting more weight. im a ectomorph probably why? i feel like im cheating haha but since i stopped eating 2 pounds of veg, oatmeal, almonds and lean steak/chicken everyday i made more gains in a month than i did in 6 months. this normal for ectomorphs?

    define gains... 10lb more of body weight and 10lb more on your bench sounds like you gained more fat than strength, as the extra cushioning reduced your ROM. Now if you gained 10lb of bw and 50+ lb on the bench that is something to talk about.

    i lost bodyfat actually, went up a stone, lift more in every exercise and actually feel better haha and i wasnt under eating i was eating 6 meals aday oatmeal veg more steak then some people could afford
