are you supposed to like eat everything in your house when bulking like cookies chips etc.. or does it have to be generally good like meat. and also are you supposed to take a weight gainer

Then add 300-500 cals. You can go mad and eat everything you want but you will end up doing a 'dirty' bulk and end up with too much fat. Its up to you brah.

this is a tricky question to answer. what i can say is that foods like cookies and chips are fair game in moderation, but its about daily totals (calories, protein, fats, and carbs), so you will likely not see the results you want on a "eat everything in sight" bulk because you will likely eat far too much or unknowingly eat too little. its best to keep track of your totals, even if its by estimates, and to enjoy mostly healthy foods with room for treats
