    Need to do cardio today but...

    Lift MWF and do cardio T TH. Currently in beginning stages of my cut. My legs are sore from playing basketball the other day and leg day yeterday. Do I rest or do I get myself motivated and push through the cardio?

    You dont need cardio to cut... lifting is more important so if you feel like doing cardio will hurt your next lifting session then dont do it

    I guess you can control calories and just lift to cut. But I would like to burn calories and expedite the process and be on better overall shape. Tomorrow I do bis and tris so I wouldnt hurt my next lifting session.
