Deadlifts 260 Lbs: 5x5
Inverted bent over rows 130 lbs: 6x5
One Arm DB Rows 75 lbs: 4x8
One Arm T-Bar Rows 111 lbs: 4x8
Wide Grip Pullups: 4x10
