    Please critique my (detailed) back routine~

    My back day is every tuesday:

    (In Order):

    Weighted Chinups: (50 Lbs. Added Weight) 5x6

    Deadlifts 260 Lbs: 5x5

    Inverted bent over rows 130 lbs: 6x5

    One Arm DB Rows 75 lbs: 4x8

    One Arm T-Bar Rows 111 lbs: 4x8

    Wide Grip Pullups: 4x10

    Looks good. A little too much volume for me, personally I would remove one of the rows but other than that it looks fine. Got all the essentials..pull from the ground, vertical pull & horizontal pull. Plus, no machines..a rarity nowadays!

    Alright thnx guys! I workout at home so I have no machines available just free weights, a bench, and a pullup bar.
