Work back and shoulders at the same time

Do you think I can work my back and shoulders in the same workout. Missed training today so gonna combine workouts so I don't **** up my routine. My logic is your shoulders and triceps don't get used in back exercises so in thoughts it should be ok. And both my biceps and triceps should get a nice workout and pump. Gonna alternate between each muscle group.

    Here's my planned routine

    Pullups
    DB shoulder press
    Deadlifts
    Behind the neck military press
    Lat pulldowns
    Front lateral raises
    Seated Rows
    Side lateral raises
    Seated reverse pulldowns
    Bent over rows
    Shrugs
Each exercise 4 sets pullups 30.

The posterior deltoid gets used in both rows (especially with overhand/pronated grip and if the shoulders come out to sides) and lateral raises (it and the front delt contract a bit to help the middle delt abduct).

It also contributes during pull ups and deadlifts (especially at lockout) a bit to assist the lats. Pretty sure the entire delt is stabilizing shoulder socket (along with rotor cuff) during shrugs too.

Not saying it's a bad idea to combine them though.

That's quite a workout. Looks ok for a one-time thing but def not for every workout. If you want to simplify it a little more there are several repeating exercises that can be eliminated like multiple pulldowns, presses, and rows but if you have enough time and energy that go for it.

Fine to hit back & delts in same workout but try cutting the volume in half. You've got 44 total sets, that's brutal. If it's just for 1 week then just pick 3-4 back exercises and 2-3 shoulder exercises and be done with it.
