Usings 2 scoops a workout on a cut. Strength is maintaining if anything. Endurance is up though. I don't feel a pump but I lack carbs training mostly fasted.

great product im a big dude but still see great benefits with just one scoop and it tastes great and the pump is very solid.

Reactions to Pump-Bol seem to vary among users. Some say they had the best pumps ever, while others noticed strength gains or endurance gains. It really depends on how your training is set up, whether you're training more for strength or for size.Originally Posted by Prestonmayne

That's one of the biggest selling points of non stim preworkouts I think: You can stims when you need them and go without when you don't.
