Why both WF and Ultima? Stim'ing a non-stim?

Change up your routine, incorporate different training techniques (giant sets, drop sets, supersets, and altogether different exercises for your muscle groups).

Haha. You do look just like Scott Van Pelt. Awesome!

For your order, it looks good. I would question why you want both White Flood and Ultima, though. Choose one or the other and save a little money. If you wanna go the stim-route, choose White Flood. If you wanna go non-stim, choose Ultima.

    Good luck to you.

Green MAG is a great creatine (among other things) choice, and stacks well with WF. Save Ultima for once you finish your stim'd WF run.

Well I use Ultima for my mid-week evening workouts and I use a stim-preworkout for my weekend morning workouts. So you can get both ultima and white flood for that purpose, but no need to use them on the same day.

WF and Ultima will mix just fine if you wish to combine those two, it just depends on if you want a stim or not added into the mix.

The reason you wouldnt combine both GM and Ultima is because both contain creatine. No reason to double up on creatine

No. not overboard. Most people like to use Ultima as a stim free preworkout alternative. You can add WF if you want stims and want the benefits of both. Or run Ultima solo if you want a non-stim option or if you are cycling off stimulants

Creatine is in Ultima and Green MAG. WF is merely a stim'd preworkout (absent of creatine).

    I would do this:

Green MAG + WF -- Until WF runs out
Ultima -- Use once WF is empty

Save Green MAG until Ultima runs empty.

;;Or just buy Creatine Monohydrate Creapure and use that with your WF.

The stack is completely fine. Looks great actually. For people saying choose either white flood or ultima - it doesnt make much sense, yes theyre both Pre's, but WF has no creatine in it, Ultima is a great source IMO, and they work great together. As would GM and WF.

As for the above post - the rest of the time?? Depending on how many days a week working out the creatine from ultima should be just fine. As far as i know overloading on creatine isnt necessary or positive.
