Here it is.. the moment you've all been waiting for (lol).... my lame ass log!

The name's Chris.. (if you haven't figured that one out, plz go).. 21 yrs. old.. been training for a couple years. It's time to get my feet wet in competition-- ya digg??!

I've teamed up with the one.. the only.. TEAM 3DMJ in order to make my first experience much more enjoyable.. To get more specific, I started my prep on March 1st and I'm working with that juicehead, non-natural, freak of nature, extra-terrestrial beast of a being by the name of Alberto Nunez.. and I feel like I'm in good hands here..

Anyway.. I'll be logging and posting highlights as much as possible on here apart from my excel spreadsheets.. and seeking as much support as possible from all the badasses on here.. so hopefully that will ease the process even more [My pictures will be limited as I have nobody to take them and my only sh*tty source of photos comes from my camera phone!-- sorry in advance!] Anyone and everyone please join me on my journey! I'll love you brahs forever (no homo)

Looking good man, legs are pretty big.

I personally only do planks and side planks for my abs, but I do them because of a previous lower back injury that I don't want to reoccur again. Fuk crunches

True that.. doing abs really blows imo.. I'm starting to incorporate crunches.. leg lifts.. side crunches.. and hanging leg/knee raises.. sticking to the basics and gettin' that M2M connection! Along with perfect dieting they should shred up nicely

Wow.. I really appreciate that because TBH.. I REALLY had horrible calf genetics to start with.. and they're just now improving...

It sounds crazy but that first leg picture is my strong side and I'll tell you why (this pisses me off).... for a couple years I had to haul ass on my longboard to campus (skating about 10 miles weekly... pushing with-- you guessed it-- my left leg.. making my left calf/leg much more noticeable than my right!) LOL... It's a good thing because skating really gave me improvements.. but it's a BAD thing because IDK HOW TO SKATE WITH THE OTHER LEG!! LOL!! UTTER FAILURE! Look at a picture of my right.. (not as close up.. but you get the idea..)

I know for me, I fell off my motorbike and punctured my right calf muscle and now it doesn't separate as much as the left one. We are a bit OCD about it the sounds of it but I'm sure you won't get picked up on it on stage! haha
