I throw it in a big pot of water and let it boil for 30 min. I'm usually forget to defrost some the night before so this is the quickest/easiest method for me. For seasoning I usually use franks redhot, it's a godsend man 5 cals per tbsp and thats all ya need per chicken

your cut is badass bro.
i have a question. i got my buddy to start working out with me, and now he is on week 6 and i have noticed he has lost a bit of weight. when he started he weighed 350 at 6 ft tall. well my question is, if i can get him to get on keto and continue to workout with me, form you experance how long would it take a bigger boy to drop 70 lbs? should i give him a timeline of around a year?#####///'10-'11 Winter Bulk Crew\\\#####

Didn't really do that much. Only did cardio on days I ate too much. If I do it's usually 20-30 mins on elliptical post workout.
Honestly it's up to him. Yes it's doable in a year but that's only if he works for it. Everyone is different and you can't put a quote on someones willpower.

ok, here it is. he has very low willpower, he says he wants to loose weight but will put off the gym and eat pizza. i make him feel bad about himself when i get mad at him for it and he says sorry then will go to the gym for a while and eat good. but, after a while he'll start skipping the gym and slacking on his diet.
so whats a good way of getting someone like that motivated? what did you do?
because im getting tired of baby sitting even though he is my really good friend.#####///'10-'11 Winter Bulk Crew\\\#####

like the post above me says, it's a really ****ty situation for you man. I don't really know what to say, when I was in highschool I was exactly the same as he sounds right now. Slacked on everything and didn't give a damn. Than one day it somethin just clicked and I haven't stopped since then. For me seeing the gains and dropping of fat week after week is what kept me going. Tell him to take pics and measurements, im sure if you can get him to diet for 2 weeks straight he will see some results. He might take it he might leave it, up to him.
