Contest Is OVER!!
NOTES: I'm very pleased with the results. My local supplement store held a "12 Week Body Transformation Contest" that ended today. 1st place gets $500 in store shopping, the next 9 (top 10) receive anywhere from $300 to $50 or something. Bodyweight went from a little over 200 to about 180. I used the "Pulse Fast" two days a week up until 2 or 3 weeks ago, and switched over to "Pulse Feasting" for the last few weeks. Both articles on what those are can be found here:

Pulse Feasting

Oh, and I got a bit stronger also. Recent PRs during the cut are:
Deadlift: 430 X 5, 415 X 7, 405 X 8 (not touch and go, all are from a dead stop)
Squat: 295 X 6 (this is a BW PR. Pretty weak, but getting much better)
Bench: 235 X 6
Incline DB: 100s X 5
Time to EAT!

Well, I wrote in the original post about my Pulse Fasting/Feasting. When I did the Pulse Fast twice a week, I consumed 3,000 cals on the other 5 days of the week. When I did the Pulse Feast, I hit anywhere from 1,800-2,500 cals a day probably.
And I did 5/3/1 and went as heavy as possible each day. And not a single minute of cardioMy training log:

I did at first, and got great results. I also couldn't afford using MAG-10, so I switched to using a hydrolyzed whey from ************** .com. But, I do still buy the majority of my supplements from Biotest. They're an awesome company
I posted it above. 5/3/1, I lifted as heavy as I could and as much volume as I could tolerate each day. I add in a back/biceps day into the 5/3/1 schedule though, and I just do a bunch of volume on that day.
I hate to even mention a routine though. If you're looking for advice on leaning up or getting bigger, it's all simple: lift heavy, get enough sleep, get enough protein, adjust calories depending on if you want to gain/lose weight.
lol
