NO 370/Astravar Log!!

Ok guys, first off this is my first log, so dont be so harsh if i mess up, lol!

I would like to thank the top secret nutrition team for allowing me to do my first log, and giving me a short and easy one to start me off!

The Hook UP:
5-day supply of NO 370 and Astravar.

Current Supplement Stack:
ON %100 Gold Standard Whey
Fish Oil
Multi-Vitamin
(been off PWOs for past 2 weeks)

Setup of Log:
I am currently on a 4 Day split due to a busy school schedule, I try to get cardio in every day, but my lifting days are : Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

Tues: Chest
Wed: Leg Day
Thurs: Shoulder/back
Sunday: Biceps/Triceps

for every training day i will update my log with the lifts, results, increases/decreases in strength, and overall feeling of my routine, and effectiveness of the product. I will not be posting numbers or weights, as i feel i am still a bit weaker than most of you guys on here, but i will let you guys know if i make any improvements or break any records, after all their stack is dubbed "The Record Breaker".

I hope you all enjoy my log, and i dont horribly mess up, haha!

Oh, i will also rate my initial thoughts of the product when i first use it tomorrow, and give a final review when i am done with the log!

Ok, so today i did chest, here was the routine:

5 sets DB incline Bench Press
5 Sets DB bench Press
5 Sets Barball Bench Press
5 Sets Decline Bench Press
3 sets Peck Deck
3 sets Cable Cross Over

I try to keep it between 8-12 reps for all of these!

First Impression of Astravar/ NO 370:

Flavor (Fruit Punch): 8/10 The flavor is actually pretty good on this compared to other PWO products! it is very smooth and doesn't leave much of an aftertaste!

Mix-ability: 10/10 Mixes great, no particles left behind and mixes real well within 5 or 10 seconds of shaking! probably one of the best in mix-ability!

Astravar Pill: 7/10 Easy to swallow, but i really didnt feel too big of a difference when taking NO 370 alone ( which i did about 4 weeks ago).

Pumps: 9/10 noticeably there, and i did feel pretty mighty in the gym , my muscles have been pumped full since i worked out this morning around 9! and they still are!

Energy/ Stamina: 5/10 Nothing there really, it didnt give much energy, but the pumps made up for it!

and that pretty much it for today!!

quick update guys!!

did legs today, felt great, had a good pump, sustained energy, and felt good overall, good workout, and it took longer for my legs to tire out! overall good day!

ok, so today i tried the grape flavor of NO 370, it was horrible, hatted it, and i had to gag it down! i thought it would be much better, but no.

as for the workout, great pumps and energy, raelly starting to like the product, also keeps me real focuesd when im trying to get those heavy sets in!

I decided to do arms today instead of sunday just because i had some extra time and was feeling good! overall great pumps, energy and stamina. felt like a beast and i didnt want to leave, but i didnt want to get injured either! one more day, till final review!!

I decided to do chest again today since i had some free time and was feeling the need to do work! It was an amazing last day, great pumps, energy, and overall stamina, i had to drag myself out of the gym! Final review to come a little later tonight!

OK, Final Review Time!!

Huge Shoutout to Top Secret Nutrition for the hookup!

Flavor: 7/10, Ok so the Fruit Punch is just fine, almost like any other fruit punch PWO out there, but the grape flavor is horrible, i had to choke it down, im kind of glad i only had one pack of it!

Mix-Ability: 8/10 Mixes just fine, few hard shakes will have it goin down smoth with no problem!

Effectivness: 8/10 Definatly gives great pumps, but i didnt really breack any records on it, and i cant really fairly rate it since i only had if for 5 days. But it did have my pumped and i lasted longer in the gym, and was able to push through that extra last rep for most lifts.

Overall: 7/10 I have had better PWO powders, but this a good one, maybe good for a backup, i just dont feel as energized as i am on other PWO. I would buy this product, but only as a back up to my current PWO.
