I'm taking my final pictures for the $100,000 BB.com Transformation Challenge this upcoming Sunday...I just want to get as much information as possible as to what kind of workout I should do prior to taking pictures so that all my hard work will show on camera! I've been doing a lot of research on this site, but it couldn't hurt to get more advice! I also have a rest day scheduled in my workout plan for the day before my pics, should I still take the rest day? Thanks Wish me luck!

If you did a full transformation that is worthy of $100 000 and you waited until a few short days before the end to ask about the final week. Just do nothing! You're more likely to look worse than better.
The best advise on can give is to do a nice 10min pump up before the pics. If you start messing with the diet or water intake ... you might seriously regret it!My $0.02 is worth $0.03

andyboi-thanks for the tip! i hear great things about the sauna...
barn01- it seems like you are confused...I did not just wait till the last week to figure out what I would do to prepare for my photos...I have been working hard for 12 weeks to prepare and have done all my research, and I don't see the harm in asking for further advice on top of what I already know.Farrell

what Barn is saying is that if your transformation was worthy of $100,000 you would have already known every possible little factor there is too know and not wait until the last few days to try and get more information out of people. you should know EVERYTHING if you are serious about making $100,000....

If you've heard great things about looking your best and fullest after coming out of a sauna then you've heard the wrong things. Saunas are for weight loss not fat loss. I like to think of them for fighters and girls that need to fit into a dress for dinner. They don't usually make you look better.

Thanks to everyone who offered their advice and support. I am so happy with my "after" pictures! Everything went as planned-diet, nutrition, supplements-were all in check. Take a look at my page to see my whole transformation and read my story
