    six-weeks to six-pack

    For the next six weeks I will be cutting hard. I aim to cut at least 7pounds and reveal my six-pack. I am currently at about 13-14% bodyfat. I will upload progress pics regularly and inform you of what I have been doing.
    I am currently at 157 pounds and want to get down to 150.

    im actually doing the same thing lol. my body looks similar to urs (except im 5' 8" at ~148lbs). June 1st is my goal. I'll be checkin up on this log nd will make one for myself 2. best of luck!

    TBH, i think you're better off doing a 4 week bulk, and seeing where you are at the end. Judging by your pics, you look a little lower than 14% bodyfat, and your weight is pretty low for your height (i'm 6 foot as well and i'm hovering around 173).

    I think you dont have much lean mass on that frame, so its even more difficult for you to see any kind of definition. You're gonna go super low on weight just to see abs, but you'll have no definition anywhere else.

    I'd say bump your cals up to 2-300 above maintenance, eat CLEAN, and lift the hardest youve ever lifted in your life. You might find the look you are looking for, by putting on weight
    Jan 26th to Apr 15th - Cut from 185lbs to 173lbs (-8% bodyfat)
    April 18th - started 6 week bulk.

    i know people will say to put on weight, but i am trying to cut down because i am a boxer. the lower the weight class the easier it is for me.

    *weighed in this morning at 156.2 pounds, on sunday i was 157.52 pounds
    a 1.3 pound loss in 2 days, not bad, though its likely its mostly water.
    *Day 2- 1753 kcals consumed

    155.2 this morning, going well so far, only 5.1 pounds left and it hasnt even been a week.

    in one week i have lost a total of 2.42 pounds
    that's with alot of cheating aswell
