    shoulder pain when squatting

    hey guys ive had a rotator cuff injury in the past and whenever i reach the bar behind me doing regular barbell squats in the rack i get a sharp pain in my shoulder now if i spread my arms wide so that theyre pretty much touching the plates it feels better but i feel that if i need to bail the weight i wont be able to is there any way around this or just suck it up

    I started squating recently. I've never had a rotator cuff injury but now I'm scurd.

    Video from EliteFTS that was released a few days ago. Pretty sure it's just what you need.
