    Thoughts on Tofu?

What do you guys think about tofu? I like it because it's generally a low calories per gram (1) source of food.... and it's high in protein.

It's basically like a high protein vegetable :-P

However, it's not super exciting in terms of iron, amino acid profile , etc.

So I think I'm going to add it to my diet more in terms of a bulking agent. So that I can easily get more volume in my diet without blowing my caloric budget and so that I always feel full.

I love tofu! I eat it several times a week. Usually eat about 8oz of sprouted super firm tofu which has ~35g of protein.
