    Best Exercise to Burn Fat in Thighs and Butt?

    Since the beginning winter I've been lazing around eating as much as I could and being less active. Now I feel like doing something because not only am I feeling weaker, but because my lower area of my body has gained more fat. My thighs last summer looked more toned and triangular shaped, now it has lost its tone and looks more wider. Also, my butt's sticking out and my jeans feel slightly tighter.

    What would be the best exercise to burn the fat down there? Running? Jump Rope?

    This is correct.

    Bitter always reccomends squats and deadlifts for people trying to lose weight. They help to yield greater caloric expenditure - which is lovely for trying to lose weight =D

    You should always squat and deadlift unless you have some kind of lower back injury which doesn't let you do them. imo
