    Fat Burner? Good? Bad? Recommendations?

    Anyone tried or use a Fat Burner on a regular cycle? I'm thinking of giving one a try, but I'm worried that it'll be;

    a) complete garbage - they have such outrageous claims of losing 20-30lbs in 6 weeks which seems hardly do-able unless I go on a calorie restricted diet or slow carb diet as well as a FB. I'm eating reasonably healthy and have seen some gains in my muscle mass as well as some decent fat loss, but I want to give it a boost so I can cut down for the up coming soccer season.

    b) I'm worried that 1/3 or half of what I lose will be muscle mass.

    c) Difficult to choose one. I have no idea where to start or look. There's so many out there that I have no idea which one would actually be effective or worth it.

    If there's another thread on this topic sorry. I looked and might've missed it.

    Any info or thoughts on a solid Fat Burner that will help me shed some pounds would be great or a link to any of the other threads.

    Thanks folks!

    Most people swear by oxy elite it gave me headaches so I went to Phenorex no crash decent energy. Make sure u change your eating habits I still try and get 5 meals in that are healthy along with a lot of protein I lift and try and do 20 minutes of cardio a every session remember don't expect miracle from a supplement usually it may give u a slight edge like a few extra lbs as long as everything else is in check

    i lost about 2lbs every 10 days taking phenerox and i didnt go into a calorie deficit by much; about 200 calories a day. took it for 4 weeks. i liked it because i didnt feel any different. There was no energy surge or rush, you just felt normal and awake. Gotta drink a ton of water though. I would start to overheat and sweat if i didnt drink enough water throughout the day.

    If you're worried about muscle loss, I'd look into reduce xt. It's cortisol control action will put you in an anti-catabolic state, while simultaneously reducing visceral fat storage. Its stim-free too so no nasty sides.
