What Should I Do Cut Or Mass?

I am Looking to get huge... Gain Some mass, and get rid of my bodyfat..get looking pretty good.

Currently On The Kris Gethin, Hardcore workout..

( My Ideal bodytype would be like kris..I Know it takes years of training but just an idea of my "goals")

Currently at 20% BF ( Goal <10% BF (eventually) )
    225 lbs ( Loss 55 lbs)
    6 foot '2

    Male 18

Training Super hard, But my question is about the calories / mindset goals...

Should I Eat To loose fat ( -500 calories down or gain mass + 500 Calories) and cut after, or cut then mass gain... Not too Sure...

    Any Tips Would Be GREAT!!

I Already Loss a bunch of weight, but my current weight is pretty iffy now on wether i should eat to bulk up or cut

6 weeks into program ( bit.ly/12-week-kris) What should i do the last 6 weeks...
(Pictures on profile if you wanna see current body shape/type)

You only lose what you deserve to lose.
You only gain what you deserve to gain.

225 is kinda heavy for your height, considering you haven't worked out much and a lot of that is fat. I'd cut in your position, maybe get down to 170-180 then start to clean bulk.

Its difficult to judge if we don't see the actual skin under your body,

I'm 6'1 and about 176 with 20% bf and CUTTING for a little bit longer down to maybe 165 and then a clean bulk to 180, although this is because I have a small body frame.

My general impression is if you don't see muscle structure around key areas like your arms and stomach you probably need to cut. In your case you are reaching that point where you have to gauge which weight you want to stop at, so maintain decent calorie deficit -500 - -250 and add some HIIT if not already and stop at around 200~ then start the bulk.
