Lifted this from the PL'ing section...
Female version of "Chan Man" right here.
Honestly... I'd have never believed it if I hadn't seen it.

Excellent, young lady!!!!
Not sure how you could get this assumption through this video.
You know, I enjoy seeing kids lifts with proper instruction. This young lady proves it is not just for guys or adults.
It also shows the similar balance between boys and girls strength at this age due to lack of Testosterone....

It's like Benedikt Magnusson and Gemma Taylor got married and had a daughter.
Oh... Wait...
That girl is incredible. As for living viacriously through kids, I think this is a better way than the Childrens beauty pageants. I also think that any way a parent can encourage and develop a childs sense of health and fitness, is a great choice. The Iron will never Lie to you.

Wow.
Amazing that she can accomplish that while still being so small she can't reach or rack the weight safely by herself. It would be like us trying to squat from a rack over six feet high!
And, NO, this is not de-motivating at all. It's great to see kids that want to do this!I'm Batman.
Okay, I'm not.
Here's a frog.

It's just my opinion. Having an opinion is trolling? Wow.
It happens a lot in cases where you see kids driven to such extremes. Sometimes it's the kid pushing themselves to greatness, sometimes it's mommy and daddy looking for attention or pushing the kid into their own failed dreams. Honestly I don't give much of a damn either way, it's their kid and their life.
You're of course free to disagree, that's what makes this country great.
