Hey everybody, I've been having some lower back pains since my last couple leg days.
I dont know what it is and was curious to find out what I might be doing wrong or how to remedy the situation
For my leg days I do:
Angled Leg press
Back Squats
Front Squats
Machine leg curls
Hang Cleans
Power cleans
I feel like It might be from going to deep on the angled leg press and back squats, as well as possibly incorect form on back squats, like bending my back on some of the reps.
I have no idea why im getting this lower back pain.

If it isn't soreness...then follow R.I.C.E. Reduce the weight and frequency of your lifts for a few weeks.
After a few days of rest, start looking into stretches for the major muscle groups. Especially the hip flexors. If the pain gets worse, or persists significantly after one week of R.I.C.E. go see your doctor.

It sounds like an erector spinae strain.
As bitter said before, follow R.I.C.E. More specifically, stay away from heavy lifting for a few weeks, ice your lumbar region for 15-20 minutes a few times a day and after 4-5 days, start using heat.
After 1 week of rest, start stretching. Also consider getting a tennis ball to use when the adhesions(knots) show up in your lower back/Glutes.
Get better <3

You would have to dramatically lower the weight, volume and frequency of squats and deadlifts for a little while. However, you can still do them. Take 4-5 days off from lifting. When you go back, start very light.
Bitter also forgot, a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug will be very beneficial to you.

stretch those hamstrings like no tomorrow. tight hamstrings will pull at your back and make the lower portion of your back sore. i had lower back pain from running all the time in football and i got it checked... turns out i have wat is called a pars defect, so my L5 is cracked a bit and slipping. so if your back pain doesnt go away after a while, it never hurts to go and get it checked out.
I'm never gonna quit no matter how difficult it's gonna get- T.I.
