    Morning weight: 209.8

    30 MIN LISS
    abs

Will try to not play the "living by the scale game", but was a bit confused why weight was up this morning. The only thing I could think of was increased stress yesterday: I was sitting at my desk, minding my own business, just reading about zoning in Property Law. All of a sudden, it sounds like it's raining outside, but a quick check out the window shows a beautiful and sunny day. I look behind me, though, and water is seeping out of the freaking wall. As I looked around, water was actually seeping out of more than one wall in my bedroom in my apartment. I frantically called an emergency maintenance line. Before the problem could be remedied though, water began to drip from the ceiling as well. Good times Fortunately no real damage to my personal property, only what looks to be some damage to the ceiling.

oh and here's a random pic for today. you're looking at my right shoulder/upper chest with my arm outstretched. so once i get those veins popping THROUGH the skin, we should be good

This might sound ridiculous, but I'm the anti-admin in that I actually kind of fear cooking. This past week was the first time I've ever even bought plain brown rice and cooked it before! But I didn't screw it up and it was delish.

Was a bit rushed yesterday so just did a quick copy+paste job. Will try to include weights as much as I can.

Yes, more the latter than the former.

I figured the zoning law stressed you out more than the flooding....

Cooking is easier than it may seem, although it can be intimidating. You made rice, that is a great start.

Hope the ceiling and walls are repairable. I hate apartment maintenance issues. They are just an annoyance that no one has time to add to a busy schedule in order to deal with, but yet, they still have to be handled.

eh zoning wasn't that bad. it was one of those cases where there was an adult bookstore that was a prior noncomforming use. made for some interesting class discussion i guess.
