I take a multi and zma but feel my test is lower than most people my age, they seem to have a higher sex drive more aggresion and better gains, i know tribulus wont do much but is there anything like tongkat ali etc? I want more aggression and drive

fap on your way to and from class, basically you gotta try and get all the semen out of your body so it can make new semens, and if you eat enought good fats it will reset and build more testosterone, given that it has enough of dat **** it uses to make test.

- low carb, 20% brotein and ~60-70% fat increases test levels (whole fat milk is perfect)
-lifting increases test. levels
- min. 8 hours of sleep
-get lean (fat is an oestrogen booster²)
-increase sex drive to increase test levels (keep your boner as long as possible,no fap month etc.)
-don't drink (lowers test. significantly)

does zma actually work? I wiki'd it and it said studies showed that it didnt do much for testosterone.
