I've been lifting about 20 years off and on, so I have the memory, but in the first pic I had been out for 8 months. 6-2 235lbs 22% BF according to the crappy little gizmo at the gym. Took two months off for an elbow injury in December and I'm back in stronger than ever now. Couldn't believe I got 275 for 10 tonight. I've cleaned up my diet quite a bit and I am managing my protein intake very well. Getting ready to start hitting the jump rope like I did in my youth next week. Heavy Squats have changed my life.

Got off of Cell-Tech so I have dropped some water weight and I have been eating fairly clean.. Down to 227 @ 19%.. 222ish at about 11-12% is my goal. Basic strength stats- Bench 275 for 12 and Squat 315 for 11.
