How much chicken breast do you eat in one meal?

I've just started taking nutrition seriously, went out and bought loads of healthy food... I heard 4oz of skinless chicken breast has around 30 grams of protein, I've been weighing mine and putting it into separate glad wrapped bags so I can freeze them. 4oz looks pretty damn small, good money wise but I'm finding it hard to believe that's enough for a single meal... they were slightly frozen so I'm not sure how much that was effecting the weight.

How you do you guys prepare yours and how much do you have in a single meal?

100-150g, depends on macros of other foods in that meal, such as cheese or trace sources from carbs/fats.

that just means some of it cooked in the microwave. if you want chicken, its best to take it out of the freezer the night before.

but don;t worry, you're not gonna die

Dude a pound of chicken isn't really that much, thats liek maybe 3 good size breasts... 2 1/2 lbs in one meal...well thats a different story lol but usually I buy split breast chicken and take it off the bone myself( its cheaper) so I eat 2 breasts and 2 tenderloins per meal

I eat 6 times a day so it depends how often you eat personally. For one of my lunches I have roughly 200g uncooked chiken breast (7OZ or 1/2 pound depending on how you weight stuff) with 100G Cauliflower and 50g white rice(Weighed before cooking)
But I have 3 lunches at work so I can get away with having less in each meal.
If you only have one lunch, then you may want to look at having between 1.5 and 2 chicken breasts. So 300-400G of chicken. Or have smaller meals and more of them.

I find having more meals but smaller is easier for me as i struggle to eat heaps of food in one sitting so it allows me to eat my daily intake but not feel bloated and ensure my body is never eating my muscle groth due to having a mad high metabilsim so my body always has food to digest.

    So:
How many times a day do you eat?
Can you eat giant meals in one sitting?
What is your daily intake goal?
What other protein meat do you eat a day?

You need to answer those before deciding how much to use per meal. (Don't forget that your body can only absorb and process so much protein at a time so sometimes better to east less per meal but more often, so I have been told, but I may be wrong of course.)
