after the popularity of my smolov jr and smolov full spreadsheets, some people have been pming me to make better spreadsheets for other programmes. i will make my way through them lol.
note - the assistance listed is what I have set for myself - it is not the gospel etc. it is set out exactly as per the e-book, using 90% of true 1RM. i have also left cells for people to record their reps for the 'all out' sets.
