    Question Milk-Beneficial or Not

Does milk increase estrogen and lower testosterone or is it a great muscle-building drink? I've seen many articles going both ways and want to know if I should incorporate it into my diet or leave it alone.

    None of the above.

It's one of a million different food/drink items that you can incorporate in appropriate portions to build an overall diet that will allow you to progress toward your goals.

It's just a food. If you tolerate lactose OK then it's very useful.

There is no hard evidence about effects on hormones I'm aware of.

Who cares? There are lots of articles that analyze irrelevant junk.

IRL one food does not have a massive, acute, powerful effect on gainz. Dairy has its benefits, just like other foods have theirs.

Eat a balanced diet of foods you like.

And if it isn't common knowledge...they make lactose free milk for us intolerant people.

There is no (healthy) way I could get the calories I need without being able to drink half of them...milk helps to make that easy and cost effective.
