A typical day looks like this:
Breakfast:
1. 1/2 cup steel cut oats
2. 6 oz strawberries
3. 1/2 scoop protein powder
4. 1 tbsp peanut butter
Lunch:
1. 6 oz grilled chicken
2. 8 oz vegetables (usually broc****)
3. 1/2 tbsp ketchup
Dinner:
1. 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2. 2 eggs (fried)
3. 1/2 oz of sharp cheddar cheese
Water: 96 oz of water
Supplements: none, but I take iron pills for my anemia.
So what's my problem?
My TDEE is roughly 2000 calories (sedentary lifestyle, but intense exercise)
I am 5'4 and 138 lbs (trying to lose 20 lbs and get to 118-120)
so my lowest deficit should be at least 1400 but most days, I can barely make it to 1200 calories?
I am literally full and don't want to eat and I have no idea what's going on.
At my highest weight, I was 165 because I was binge eating to no end. We're talking like 6 breakfast tacos in one sitting, 4 donuts in the next, etc.
Why can't I meet my caloric requirements? i'm scared of messing up my metabolism so I want to do the weight loss as healthily as I can.
Also, I am tracking my macros and I normally only don't meet my carb requirement.

Eat more calorie dense foods, drink some calories if you have to. Drink whole milk, snack on nuts

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I'm not trying to be thin! I have a very petite frame, so being this weight is definitely not in my healthy range. I have always been into athletics but I messed up my knee doing hurdles. I have found passions that I enjoy such as cycling and running (especially with my whippet who loves to run with me), and I'd like to use those passions as an aid into getting my body weight to a healthy range! Do you have any suggestions to up my caloric intake without feeling too full as I am now? I do appreciate the reply though!

I understand what you're coming from but my doctors have told me I am overweight for my frame. I am trying to make this a lifestyle so that I can live a life of health and well-being. I don't plan my meals, I just eat what I like and don't really care for variation. Believe me, when I'm with friends, I have no problem ordering the tacos or extra ice cream. I'm doing this so I can be more healthy and feel more confident! I do appreciate the fervor, though, I love it.

awesome! can't wait to add some into my daily routine! I love (like LOVE) pop-tarts. My goal is to be healthier, however, so would adding pop tarts into my diet throw off my health in any severely negative way? Not in the weight loss sense, just in the overal consumption of nutrition.

that's fair enough I guess. But please understand I am not trying to starve myself. I enjoy eating (very much so, actually), and I am not sure why I'm getting full so quickly. I probably should've phrased it differently, but basically I'm getting stuffed when I haven't even had the chance to eat very much. Should I throw in some oils and fats for a quick caloric increase to my overall consumption?
Also, are you a youtuber? I recognize the name from somewhere!

2 Pop Tarts are easy 400 or so calories, enjoy; also you could switch from chicken to a fattier cut of meat like beef or pork. Douse those veggies in ranch or another dressing too, more easy calories. Toss back some dried fruit, there is some more easy calories, same with some full fat yogurt or cheese.
