    I'm about 13 percent bf, so maybe 3-4 percent bf

    between 7-10 lbs i guess

    I'm a super hard gainer so im cutting on 3000 clean calories and im gonna do cardio 5 times a week

    nooo dude haha, cutting 3-4 percent, as in I want to be 9-10.. I don't wanna set goals too ridiculous for myself cause I know im gonna be drinking a lot this summer and diet is gonna be a little harder to maintain

    I would say you're about 12%. Good luck with the cut and good job! What kind of cardio are you doing? If you're doing high intensity, 5x a week may be a little too much for your body along with a full lifting split.
