Not sure what you're complaining about, there's a major difference in you're traps and shoulders from your before pictures. I'd say it's good for 1 month, what's your diet?
Ectomorphs (people that are naturally skinny) are known as hard gainers, it's harder for us to gain weight but it's not impossible.
One thing is for sure though, you'll reach you're goal much faster by working out and eating properly rather then giving up.

my diet is horrible honestly I dont have alot of money so i eat 3 decent meals a day normally eggs and bacon with milk in the morning lunch is turkey sandwich with some brown rice normally and dinner is chicken breast with some more pasta of some sort or whatever the wife fixes. I drink my protein after i work out most of the time and ima start drinking it before i work out now. I mean i am strong for sure for my weight but i hate not being able to gain weight

I didn't want to down you or anything but just wanted you to know your bf is fine, just eat eat eat and lift hard!
7lbs is good for a month..
Think of it like this
If you continue gaining 7/month for 12 months that's 84 pounds total which is a ****load but give or take i'd say 2 pounds of those 7 are actually muscle
