Hey guys!
Just joined this forum and I can see already that it is a library of information!
A little about me: After having lost a lot of weight (and blogged about it all the way) I am now 69kg and about 24% BF. So the focus is now shifting to getting LEAN!
I work with a trainer 4 - 5 times a week and I also cycle everyday. I'm following a high-protein, low carb diet (110g a day) and it has been treating me well so far!
I can't wait to be as fit and toned as you ladies are!
