I’m 176 pounds 5’10” and around 21% BF trying to get down to 15%. I think I have an ok diet, here are my average macros every day
180g Protien
280g carbs
85g fat from nuts and peanut butter
I workout 5-6 times a week depending on where my rest day falls.
Day 1 Back and Triceps
Day 2 Chest And Bicep
Day 3 Legs and Abs
Day 4 Rest
And repeat
I eat clean. Egg whites oatmeal chicken broc**** ect...
I have been doing this about a month and see some strength gains, but I don’t see and changes in the way I look. Other people have said they see a difference. My weight has remained the same all month. Any advice or criticism that would make it better or is this good and give it more time to see more results.

Your workout needs some work. Is this something that you designed? The way it is set up now, you are hitting biceps and triceps two days in a row. Back work naturally hits biceps, bench naturally hits triceps. I'm not a fan of splits for novice lifters, but you'd normally do back/biceps and chest/triceps.
If you're expecting to see much difference at all in less than 6 months, I'm afraid that you're going to be disappointed.

You're going to be your own worst critic. You mentioned that others have noticed a difference, so that tells you that changes are happening. It's just not dramatic enough that it's going to jump out at you, especially after just a month.
Just keep at it. Eventually you'll start seeing changes in the mirror, but they're going to take time and dedication.
